White Label: We can prepare a range of products, pre-made & designed, for sale within your optical practice or store. Using high quality components, lenses & sustainable materials. These products are fixed price and include prescription or non prescription lenses delivered world wide.
Contract manufacturing: Our team will take your sketches & turn this into production glasses frames, for sale under your own brand. Our team will handle the complete manufacturing process from design to delivery.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for contract manufacturing starts at 100 pieces for Australian made, 250 for Japan made, 300 for European made & 300 pieces at our an Chinese based factories.
Our process includes manufacturing of metal, both stainless steel or titanium, combinations, acetate, plastic injection or 3D printed eye-wear.
Our injection molded products can be biodegradable acetate, TR90, Biobased PLA, PC or PA12. We can add metal wirecores or heat insert hinges without wirecores. You can also use plastic hinges or screws.
